Ernest 2020 Eugenia Pinot Noir / Sonoma, California, USA

Cheerful and juicy with clear characteristics of a cool climate wine with aromas ranging from concentrated cherries and pomegranate seeds. Silky mouthfeel balancing earthy tones with generous red fruit and easy tannins.

Tenuta di Arceno 2019 Chianti Classico / Chianti, Tuscany, Italy

Very pretty Chianti Classico with a medium body, firm tannins and a fresh finish. It’s medium-to full-bodied with integrated tannins and a long, linear finish. Cool and well crafted. Drink or hold. 85% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot.

Marco Abella 2020 Loidana / Priorat, Spain

Loidana brings to life the virtues of the land of “Priorat”. The wine expresses the authenticity, typicity and essence of the region.  It is the perfect, versatile starter wine for those wishing to learn more about the complexity of Priorat wines.

This wine offers intense aromas of fruits (strawberry, cherry, raspberry and black cherries) with hints of blue flowers, cedar and spices. Smooth and velvety on the palate, it remains harmonious to the finish. Very fresh.

Raats 2019 Jasper Red / Stellenbosch, South Africa

Exceptionally intense and complex on the nose with blackberry, black cherry and bramble in abundance and subtle hints of forest floor, dark chocolate, aniseed and spicy tobacco. The walk in the Black Forest continues with blue and blackberry dancing on a tight rope with focus and concentration, following through onto a perfectly balanced, fine-grained, velvety palate. The finish lingers with hints of fresh mint, cinnamon and perfume. Complex and structured.

Pithon-Paille 2019 Mozaik Rouge / Anjou, Loire, France
The originality of our cuvée Mozaik is an assembly of Cabernet Franc from two great terroirs and subsoil of Anjou: schist of Anjou “black” and limestone of Anjou “white”. The grapevines are cultivated in organic farming which has been converted to biodynamic farming. In order to get a gentle extraction of aromas and tannins, grape maceration is soft and smooth. The fermentation takes place in tanks and the aging has been done in neutral French oaks. A drop of sulfur is added before bottling to preserve the purity of our wines. A garnet red color; the bouquet is mixed with aromas of red fruit and black fruit. The mouth-feel is structured with beautiful acidity and a little tannic.

Marietta Old Vine Red Lot 73 / California, USA

A pleasantly bright and lively red wine, plump with blackberries and black cherries. Secondary notes of wild mint, dusty earth and even a hint of mocha provide an alluring, grounded experience in the glass. Comforting and irresistibly familiar, this is one of the original and best known red blends produced in California. A ‘drink now, enjoy often’ wine that can easily be taken more seriously if the moment happens to demand.
