This wine is light pink and extra dry. It has a gentle bouquet with hints of fresh fruits and white flowers. Dry, full bodied, lively and harmonious with delicate aromas and an elegant caress of bubbles.Red and white grape varieties are assembled and pressed to form this cuvée. It undergoes a slow fermentation at a low temperature which produces a richness and complexity with the end wine.
