BOUCHARD FINLAYSON
BOUCHARD FINLAYSON
Bouchard Finlayson is a small cellar in the hills of South Africa’s Hemel-en-Aarde (Heaven and Earth) valley that was originally founded in 1989 as a collaboration between Burgundian Winemaker Paul Bouchard and Peter Finlayson. Finlayson, who is widely regarded as the pioneer of Pinot Noir in South Africa, handed over the winemaking reins to Chris Albrecht in 2017. Today they are considered one of South Africa’s leading boutique wine cellars and are known for their award winning wines that combine a perfect blend of old world traditions and creative modern innovations.
