CHÂTEAU GASSIER
CHÂTEAU GASSIER
Originally from Barcelonnette (Haute-Provence), the Gassier family are descended from Provençal nobility with a history dating back to 1421. In 1982, they established Château Gassier on land that was the inspiration for famous Impressionist painter Paul Cézanne. Today, Georges Gassier is the fifth generation of winemaker in the family to operate the property. Alongside estate manager Olivier Souvelain and Oenologist Léa Rouyet, they farm their vineyards organically to produce a collection of elegant rosé wines that express the uniqueness of the Provençal terroir.
