Rivera Marese - 2024
Rivera created a wine that expresses the character typical of Bombino Bianco grapes,normally used in blending with other varieties. The advanced degree of ripeness of the grapes is balanced by the good acidity typical of this variety, resulting in a wine with intense and complex aromas and excellent drinkability and freshness that are well expressed in combination with appetizers and fish dishes.
Raats Original Chenin- 2023
Distinctive yellow apple, kiwi fruit and pineapple core, alongside notes of green melon and limes. The wine is thus bursting with fresh fruit flavours. The wine has a zesty citrus flavour that lingers on the palate, with a long mineral finish. Serve with mild curry dishes, sushi or oysters.
Côte 228 Pech Clamensou Chardonnay - 2023
Côte 228 is a well-balanced wine with rich oak aged character. This complex wine shows generous fruit aromas such as crisp pears and a mineral finish. A classic Burgundian style French Chardonnay which will pair beautifully with seared scallops or a duck terrine.
Caraghuiles Cochon Volant Rouge - 2023
Vibrant and bright aromas of pomegranate, raspberry, fresh herbs and purple flowers all showcase the elegance of this bottling. The palate offers juicy red cherry and raspberry supported by fine tannins, with a perfect pop of acidity on the long finish.
Finca Decero Remolinos Vineyard Malbec- 2021
Cacao, fresh blackberries and blueberries with hints of violets and lemon zest. This fresh quality to the blue and black-fruit character extends to the palate, showing fluidity, coherence and drinkability. Lovely now, but will hold for a few years, too.
Map Maker Pinot Noir - 2023
This Pinot Noir has lovely aromas of ripe black cherries and wild violets. In the mouth the wine has a grainy tannin structure and is intensely flavoured with sweet cherries, cedarwood and savoury characters such as dried herbs and wild game flavours. This is a sophisticated Pinot Noir with an ‘old world’ elegance and mineral lingering finish.
