Vincent Caillé, took over his family’s vineyard in 1986, becoming part of a bold new generation of wine-growers who's purpose was to pursue uncompromising quality in their winemaking. His Fay d'Homme estate is located in the heart of the Loire Valley’s Muscadet Sevre et Maine appellation near the commune of Monnières, where he incorporates a holistic approach, farming organically and fostering biodiversity in the vineyards. Vincent crafts his wines traditionally, using indigenous yeast and long ageing on lees to create his signature soft, round and exuberant wines that embody his stylish charm and fantastic spirit.
