Mother and son team Lisa and Michael Latz began making wine together at Aspras in 1971. The 32 hectare estate is located in the heart of Provence in the small village of Correns. Known as "the first organic village of France", everything produced in Correns has been done without pesticides or chemical fertilizers since the early 1990s. Today, the winery is still owned by Michael and operations are run by his three sons Raphael, Alexandre and Sébastien who work alongside Cellar Master Robert Nourisson. Together they are committed to producing “great wines of Provence in an organic and united way."
