DAL CERO

The Dal Cero family has a rich history of wine production spanning over three generations. In 1934, the winery was established in the province of Verona when Augusto Dal Cero acquired a unique piece of land in the municipality of Roncà, nestled in an area dominated by two dormant volcanoes and the rich soil surrounding them. Today, the winery is managed by Augusto's grandchildren, Davide, Alberto, Francesca, and Nico and has expanded to encompass 10 hectares on the eastern side of the Valpolicella DOC zone. Their wines, driven by quality, eloquently capture the unique characteristics of each terroir, reflecting the Dal Cero family's deep respect for tradition, sustainability, and their reverence for the soil they come from.

Straw yellow with pale green highlights. On the nose, there are notes of plum, citron, tropical fruit and apricot, flanked by smooth chalk and wild herbs. Appealing and well-balanced on the palate, with a crisp finish hinting of bitterish almond. It displays a vibrant vein of minerality, gift of its valley terroir of origin. Ideal as an aperitif and a perfect match with white meats, fish and vegetables.
