Sauvignon Blanc single vineyard grapes, from ungrafted selected clones of pre-phylloxera French rootstock. 5% Moscato grapes in the blend. Aromas of green apples, pineapples and peaches combine nicely with notes of fresh herbs and lemon blossoms. The palate is fresh and tasty, with a round and fruity finish.

The vines are grown on calcareous clay and limestone soils. Natural fermentation and unfined. Grapes are hand-harvested and skin contact takes place for 45 days. With a distinctive golden-amber color, this skin contact wine has honeyed aromas of rosehip and orange blossom. On the palate, its flavor is concentrated and unctuous and textured.

This vibrant and pristine Sauvignon Blanc combines grassy aromas of fresh herbs and green pepper, with citric notes of grapefruit and lime. The palate is fresh and crisp, with a natural balanced acidity and a fruity finish.

 

The Viña Echeverría Reserva range comprises seven wines, which are characterized by their lively and fruity appeal. Fresh and vibrant with little or no oak, they are a true expression of the individuality of each grape variety. These are wines which work as well as aperitif or house wines, as they do with food. The grapes for this wine are hand-picked and the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
