This is a deliciously perfumed opulent wine with characterisc aromas of white flowers and 'pêche de vigne'. On the palate it is surprisingly elegant for a Viognier with delicate apricot and orange blossom but also some citrus character.

Brilliant clarity, very pale yellow with green reflections showing a beautiful freshness. Very expressive with lively lemony notes. Beautiful salivating freshness. The Viognier brings here all its aromatic fullness on the palate without heaviness, supported by the freshness of the Colombard. A pleasure wine to drink simply, with friends. Pair with grilled mussels, monkfish with fennel, oysters, or on its own as an aperitif.
