On the nose, an evocative bouquet of tangerine oil, pastry, lemon confit and marzipan is supported by bright suggestions of sea minerals. On the palate, an effortless and elegant frame filled with structure and density is complemented by notes of lime blossom and crème de cassis. A persistent finish lingers elegantly with reverberating hints of white flowers with toasted almonds.
