Winemaker NotesA light white wine with tropical notes of guava and ripe apple. Dry and well balanced with high acidity. Extremely ripe and fresh, while being unbelievably drinkable makes this a perfect everyday white.
Debit in its purest form. Shortly macerated with minimal intervention. Organically grown and hand harvested grapes. After two days of maceration, the wine remains in stainless steel for about 11 months until it is bottled. Recommended drinking temperature: 14 - 15°C
