This straw yellow wine is elegant, fruit forward and has a clean finish with refreshing acidity. It is dedicated to lovers of savoury and dry bubbles, Fanò is an extra brut prosecco, ideal for those who like a drier tone.
The grapes have been harvested by hand in the hilly vineyards of the Asolana DOCG and then were softly pressed. The careful fermentation of the must is done at a temperature of 16/18 ° C, producing a delicate base wine, which is then sparkled at a low temperature to fully respect the precious aromas. After a few weeks of rest in the bottle the delicate floral and citrus bouquet comes to life; the dry, fresh taste and savory, fruity notes are in harmony.
