Château Gassier The Pas du Moine - 2025
The Pas du Moine cuvée takes its name from a famous path leading to the summit of the Sainte-Victoire mountain. An elegant and expressive organic wine that reveals aromas of exotic fruits. A pale, elegant, and luminous wine with lychee highlights. The nose offers delicate aromas of exotic fruits, pink grapefruit, and white flowers. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a lovely mineral tension and a lingering finish of citrus and subtle spice notes.
Rivera Marese - 2024
The Marese denotes at best the uniqueness of Bombino Bianco, native variety of the DOC Castel del Monte. The grapes are harvested overdue with a grade of advanced maturity, in order to balance the natural acidity and express the best varietal character. The result is a wine with an intense bouquet and complex palate, mineral finish with a pleasant freshness. Excellent with hors d'oeuvres and fish or as an aperitif.
Laurent Miquel Côte 228 Pech Clamensou - 2024
Côte 228 is a well-balanced wine with rich oak aged character. This complex wine shows generous fruit aromas such as crisp pears and a mineral finish. A classic Burgundian style French Chardonnay which will pair beautifully with seared scallops or a duck terrine.
Ramos Pinto - 2024
The Duas Quintas name is synonymous with a blend of highland and lowland soils, maturity and freshness, schist and granite. The Duas Quintas white is made from a selection of grape varieties with personality, high natural acidity and remarkable aromatic complexity, a wine with structure to be enjoyed while young and which can evolve well during the ageing process. A wine that conveys the potential of Ramos Pinto's estate vineyards.
Savage Salt River - 2024
The 2023 Salt River combines fruit from a 34 year old bushvine vineyard in Stellenbosch. Named for the trendy area of Cape Town that Savage Wines calls home, it's bursting with white pepper sprinkled gooseberries, elderflower, tangy starfruit, white currants, passionfruit and pomelo and its pith. Straight as an arrow, with icy cold Atlantic sea spray freshness.
Sebastien Christophe Petit Chablis - 2023
An attractive nose of citrus rind, white flowers, and wet stone. On the palate, the wine is racy and mineral with just a touch of salinity. The hallmark of the great 2022s will be tension and length and Sébastien’s little wine has both in spades. Incredible acidic cut will make this fantastic at the table and a great candidate for short term aging.
