Sparkling rosé, spontaneous fermentation in steel. Pale pink with fresh fruit, peach and strawberry, floral and aromatic herbal notes and a fresh, fine, fruity and savoury mouthfeel.
The Ancestrale Rosato is a blend of Grasparossa and Trebbiano produced according to the ancestral method and disgorged a la volée, coming from vines of about 20 years. A spring wine, fresh, silky, elegant and pleasantly savoury.
