Domaine Laroche
Chablis, France
Premier and Grand Cru Chablis from a historic producer
From humble beginnings Domaine Laroche has become one of Chablis’ most prolific and recognizable names. Today, under the guidance of technical director Grégory Viennois, Laroche continues to push the quality envelope, managing their prized vineyards with keen attention to detail. Organic and biodynamic principles are used and wines are made in the Obédiencerie, a monastery in the village of Chablis dating back to the ninth century. The ancient building hosts a state-of-the-art winemaking facility, the perfect analogy for the winery’s tradition-meets-innovation winemaking style. This exemplary collection of single vineyard wines from the strong 2023 vintage is an excellent opportunity to get some top class wines from a truly historic producer.

CULLEN
Margaret River, Australia
If you don’t know Margaret River, or if Australian wines generally have fallen off your radar, you may want to take a closer look. Cullen is unquestionably at the top of the heap of the region's boutique wineries. Diana Madeline made the wines for decades and was joined by her daughter Vanya in the cellar in 1983. Today, Vanya is the managing partner and chief winemaker with more than forty vintages under her belt. Cullen became certified organic in 1998, and in 2004 Vanya earned biodynamic certification, pushing further toward their natural approach, and keen desire to regenerate the land. These practices clearly come through in the wines, which are balanced, expressive, and full of life. Vanya has been named Winemaker of the Year many times and in 2023 accepted the Order of Australia for her contributions to oenology and viticulture. Under her care, Cullen continues to thrive, with each sought-after release pushing near-perfect scores from critics.

Château de Pommard
Burgundy, France
Iconic single vineyard Burgundy from a historic estate.
Château de Pommard has been brought back to life as a modern day Burgundy operation, with roots firmly in the past. A small-scale negociant business has been established, making wines sourced from the rest of Burgundy. The vineyard has been revitalized and converted to biodynamic farming and an extra layer of detail has been added to the winemaking. With the 2022 vintage, the young team experimented for the first time with the use of whole clusters and aging in amphora, and seven distinct wines are now made from different sub-plots of the famed monopole. We're thrilled to offer a selection of single parcel wines and the estate's signature bottling from the 2022 vintage.
