Riper dark berry fruit and cherry at nose and fresh in the mouth with more complexity, but not heavy. Elegant fine sparkle and ruby red color. 12-15 degrees ideal temperature. Single vintage with “pied-de-cuve” using only indigenous yeasts, starting in steel tanks and bottled at the desired residual sugar for the final part of the fermentation in bottle.
