Winemaker Notes
The
Viña Echeverría Reserva range comprises seven wines, which are characterized by their lively and fruity
appeal. Fresh and vibrant with little or no oak, they are a true expression of the individuality of each
grape variety. These are wines which work as well as aperitif or house wines, as they do with
food.
Roberto Echeverría Jr has been the Chief Winemaker at Viña
Echeverría since 2001. Inspired by his French heritage, Roberto’s signature style produces wines with a
combination of Old World elegance and New World energy. The grapes for this wine are handpicked, fermented
in stainless steel and then aged in 225 liter French used barrels for about 4-5
months.
Intense aromas of autumn berry fruits combine nicely with notes of black pepper and
dried fruits. An easy-drinking and juicy wine that persists on the fruity finish.
