This structured and elegant wine is a classic Burgundian expression of Pinot. Made from a hectare worth of organic grapes grown in the appellation of Chapitre, the area under vine is enclosed entirely by a stone wall. With rigorous pruning, the yields are able to be controlled and after a discerning selection process, only the finest clusters go into the wine. On the nose, there are aromas of red and black fruit with cherry and violet dominating. On the palate, the wine is supple and fine with refreshing acidity.
