Bernard Defaix Sauvignon St Bris - 2023
Saint Bris is located in the Auxerre region (15 km from Chablis) and the wine comes exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, which makes this appellation an exception in Burgundy. This wine has aromas of citrus and lemon, sometimes a hint of fresh grass. The palate is balanced, structured and fresh.
Domaine Bibich Bilo - 2024
A light white wine with tropical notes of guava and ripe apple. Dry and well balanced with high acidity. Extremely ripe and fresh, while being unbelievably drinkable makes this a perfect everyday white.
Elena Walch Chardonnay - 2024
This Chardonnay shines in brilliant straw yellow with a fruity bouquet of exotic notes, ripe apples and light floral aromas. On the palate, the wine is elegant and mild with an interesting finish. The ideal companion to Mediterranean cuisine, pasta or fish dishes, especially freshwater fish (trout, pike or salmon).
Les Villages Bench Pinot Noir - 2023
The impossibly complex bouquet darts between violets, classy, perfumed raspberries, and darker blue cherry-pit amaro fruit. On the palate, we have intensely fruity, iron-tinged mineral flavours with notes of anise. It finishes long and slately-clean, with even a hint of cherried vanilla. It delivers the goods we have been waiting for: the rich, hauntingly-complex, limestone-mineral flavours of the Bench! It may be at its best from 2024-2029.

Younger, more accessible version of the Brunello, but already with an excellent structure and a great personality.
Chateau Bernadotte Haut Médoc - 2018
A focused and refined young wine with lovely tannins, impressive depth of fruit and a juicy finish. Medium body. Well-crafted already. Best from here in a long time.
