Dal Cero Soave Corte Giacobbe - 2023
Straw yellow with pale green highlights. On the nose, there are notes of plum, citron, tropical fruit and apricot, flanked by smooth chalk and wild herbs. Appealing and well-balanced on the palate, with a crisp finish hinting of bitterish almond. It displays a vibrant vein of minerality, gift of its valley terroir of origin. Ideal as an aperitif and a perfect match with white meats, fish and vegetables.
Raats Original Chenin Blanc - 2023
The wine has a distinctive yellow apple, kiwi fruit and pineapple core, alongside notes of green melon and limes. The wine is thus bursting with fresh fruit flavors. The wine has a zesty citrus flavor linger on the palate, with a long mineral finish. Serve with mild curry dishes, sushi or oysters.
Villa Sparina Gavi - 2023
Bright yellow colour, delicate bouquet of dried pineapple and peach. Full and rich in flavour, yet mineral and refreshing. Fine aromatic flavour to the end. A tangy and fresh Gavi full of sliced apples, lemon zest and stones. Medium-bodied and textured on the palate with fresh, vibrant acidity and a pure, pithy finish.
Speri Valpolicella Superiore Classico Sant' Urbano - 2021
Dark cherries, blackberries, mussels, licorice, figs and some finely ground black chocolate, following through to a medium-to full-bodied palate with elegant berries and a bittersweet black-chocolate note. A refined, textbook Amarone that shows great poise and modern drinkability.
Amalaya Malbec - 2023
Brilliant ruby colour with violet edges. Strawberries, raspberries and ripe fruit with touch of pepper and spices aromas and elegant floral notes. In mouth, flavours of red fruit, spice and hints of vanilla from aging in French oak. Very nice freshness. Round, soft tannins lead to a delicate, lingering finish.
