This wine is an intense ruby color in appearance. The nose is very expressive and opens up with licorice, violet, and crushed red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) followed by spicy notes of pepper and juniper. Discreet woody notes bring a beautiful complexity. The mouth is dominated by the suavity of the Grenache that expresses on ripe fruit, figs and plums. The Syrah gives some vivacity and greediness to this great Cotes du Rhone showing silky tannins.

Brilliant ruby color with violet edges. Strawberries, raspberries and ripe fruit with touch of pepper and spices aromas and elegant floral notes. In mouth, flavors of red fruit, spice and hints of vanilla from aging in French oak. Very nice freshness. Round, soft tannins lead to a delicate, lingering finish.

This wine is made with grapes from Las Mercedes Estate, sandy soil and very poor in organic matter. Mechanical harvest and aging in barrels of 25% of the wine with contributions from Tannat and Petit Verdot.

The wine is an intense red with violet tints and aromas of small red fruits. From the Patagonian mountain range, this wine has notes of cassis, raspberry, plum and mint. It is well-balanced, with soft tannins, velvety and very fruity. 

The grapes for this wine come from vineyards in General Roca, Alto Valle de Río Negro, Patagonia. The grapes are harvested manually in 20kg cans during the first week of April. They undergo cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in cement vessels of 9,000 liters capacity for a period of 12 days with periodic pump-overs and de-staging. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged and preserved until bottling. Aging period in the bottle is for 3 months.
