Cazal Viel Rose - 2023
Light salmon in colour. Fruity and light. with pretty floral notes as well as citrus aromas, interspersed with notes of nectarine and peach and a hint of wet stone. The harmonious palate is fresh, light and delicious with seductive flavours of slightly ripe white fruits.
Telmo Rodriguez Basa - 2023
Basa is made from Verdejo and Viura grapes in the Rueda DO, about two hours northwest of Madrid. The name comes from the 40-year-old 'baso' or bush-trained vines that are planted on limestone-rich soils at over 700-meters elevation on a plateau along the Duero River. The vineyard is farmed organically, and fermentation is carried out spontaneously with native yeast. Expect a fresh, fruit-driven white wine with just the right balance between charming fruit and aromatic complexity.
Chateau de Caraguilhes Cochon Volant Blanc - 2023Brilliant clarity, very pale yellow with green reflections showing a beautiful freshness. Very expressive with lively lemony notes. Beautiful salivating freshness. The Viognier brings here all its aromatic fullness on the palate without heaviness, supported by the freshness of the Colombard. A pleasure wine to drink simply, with friends. Pair with grilled mussels, monkfish with fennel, oysters, or on its own as an aperitif.
Villa Sparina Gavi - 2023
Bright yellow colour, delicate bouquet of dried pineapple and peach. Full and rich in flavour, yet mineral and refreshing. Fine aromatic flavour to the end. A tangy and fresh Gavi full of sliced apples, lemon zest and stones. Medium-bodied and textured on the palate with fresh, vibrant acidity and a pure, pithy finish.
Staete Landt Annabel Sauv Blanc - 2023
Wonderfully fruited and inviting, the bouquet shows crunchy apple, white flesh nectarine, sweet basil and lime peel aromas on the nose. The palate displays excellent weight and fruit intensity together with fine texture and bright acidity, leading to a lengthy delectable finish.
Vincent Caille Je T'Aime Mais Jais Soif - NV
Beautiful yellow-green color. Young and fruity wine which develops aromas of citrus fruit. The white wine “Je t’aime mais j’ai soif” can be served with seafood as well as with fresh water fish or sea fish. It will be perfect for aperitif.
