Winemaker
Notes
These 40-year-old vines, facing east, bloom freshly
at 300 meters above sea level, on a hill opposite the valley of Saint-Romain. The strong presence of
limestone, as its name suggests, is the great characteristic of this climate. The minerality makes up the
matrix of this invigorating white so that when we close our eyes, it reminds us of the fragrances of a
torrent or an undergrowth after the rain. Hand-picked and naturally fermetned.
Its freshness,
elegance, aromas of white flowers and wet stone seduce from its early youth. Let it pass five to seven years
and this Saint-Roman will offer you delicious deepening scents of roasted almonds and chalky soil
notes.
