The Bianco Secco by Quintarelli is a wine that impresses with its elegance and the breadth of its aromas ranging over several notes of ripe fruit, such as apricot and peach with yellow flesh. It's a wine that can tell the story of Giuseppe Quintarelli, one of the Masters of Amarone; a man who is able to enhance in a beautiful way the territory of Valpolicella, a magical place nestled between Lake Garda, the Pianura Padana and the Dolomites. Here the culture of wine you feel and you see and you can find itself in really interesting products that have set the pace, as this dry white that is born from the union of Garganega, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Trebbiano and Saorin and that follows an absolutely natural philosophy: only natural manure as fertilizer and use of only copper and sulfur as a pesticide in the vineyard. Glass and steel in winemaking and aging, with the permanence of the wine on its lees to give him a really interesting structure. In the mouth it is very pleasant, with a nice freshness and a really long aromatic persistence.
