The 2018 Thief in the Night is a blend of 54% Grenache, 24% Syrah and 22% Cinsault from Piekenierskloof, blended with 20% whole-bunch fruit and matured in foudres. It has a superb bouquet of vibrant red berry fruit infused with black truffle and wild heather scents. The palate is medium-bodied with lithe tannins and pliant in the mouth, leading to an irresistible, silky-smooth red cherry and crushed strawberry finish. Pure joy.
