This wine is on purpose and represents my vision of a revolutionary new style of red wine with no drying tannins, bitterness or astringency – bursting with ripe red forest fruit and jam-packed with juiciness. I make it by blending two types of grapes designed by nature to party together. The Cinsault (pronounced Sin-So), does what it sets out to do – infamous for a smooth, velvety deliciousness that is so decadent it boarders on sinful! The Pinotage brings the tunes – it’s the DJ and its going bring the house down. Crack it open and be amazed.
