Vincent Caille X Bulles - NV
This is a delicate and elegant bubbly -- the Melon grape brings the thinness of the bubbles, a salinity and the “minerality” while the Côt brings aromas of raspberry. This combination gives a wonderful balance between fruit and freshness.
Dal Cero Soave Corte Giacobbe- 2023
Straw yellow with pale green highlights. On the nose, there are notes of plum, citron, tropical fruit and apricot, flanked by smooth chalk and wild herbs. Appealing and well-balanced on the palate, with a crisp finish hinting of bitterish almond. It displays a vibrant vein of minerality, gift of its valley terroir of origin. Ideal as an aperitif and a perfect match with white meats, fish and vegetables
Raats Original Chenin Blanc - 2023
Distinctive yellow apple, kiwi fruit and pineapple core, alongside notes of green melon and limes and bursting with fresh fruit flavours. Zesty citrus lingers on the palate, with a long mineral finish. Serve with mild curry dishes, sushi or oysters.
Dominique Piron Beaulolais Villages - 2021
Red-fruited with notes of cherry, raspberry, strawberry but also has a hint of cassis. There is a slight dash of spice, dried herbs and floral character to it as well. Fresh and light with fine-grained tannins. Pop this in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy it with a slight chill!
Staete Landt MapMaker Pinot Noir - 2022
‘Map Maker’ Pinot Noir is crafted from carefully selected parcels of fruit grown on unique sites within the famous Rapaura and Brancott areas of Marlborough. Lovely aromas of ripe black cherries and wild violets. In the mouth the wine has a grainy tannin structure and is intensely flavoured with sweet cherries, cedarwood and savoury characters such as dried herbs and wild game flavours. Sophisticated with an ‘old world’ elegance and mineral lingering finish.
Il Poggione Rosso di Montalcino - 2022
Younger, more accessible version of the Brunello, but already with an excellent structure and a great personality, Rosso di Montalcino is a very important wine for Tenuta Il Poggione. Intense ruby red colour. Fruity bouquet with red berry notes. Very well structured, yet soft, long-lasting flavour with smooth, velvety tannins.
