Winemaker Catherine Fuller is a master of biodynamics, growing her vines sustainably and gracefully to produce wines of prestige and elegance. Domaine Weinbach's "RB0" (Riesling de la Butte de Calvaire) represents one of the estate's forays into crafting natural wines with zero alterations, preservatives or additions in the winery.

Like the other wines in the '0' series, this drop is made from grapes grown in vineyards more recently acquired by the estate and in conversion to biodynamics. This particular parcel is located on the southern tip of the famed Mamburg Grand Cru site, producing outstanding fruit.
