Fresh and elegant with aromas of white flowers and wet stone seduce from its early youth. Let it pass five to seven years and this Saint-Roman will offer you delicious deepening scents of roasted almonds and chalky soil notes.

Domain du Bouchot Pouilly‐Fumé Terres Blanches / Loire Valley, France

A coating of ash and stone over the ripe citrus-fruit and apple notes on the nose. Turns to sweet apple and pear flavors on the medium-bodied, dense and silky palate. Quite a round, fruity feel, but the drive of acidity keeps it moving. The mineral notes return in the aftertaste. From organically grown grapes.

Ronceray is a complex wine, resulting from the blend of our plots on the rump of Quarts-de-Chaume. A terroir with complex geology, the marriage of shales and pudding sandstones gives this cuvée a sharp minerality and a floral and fruity richness. A fine bitterness, signature of this terroir, brings complexity and length on the palate.
