Domaine des Aspras ‘Trois Frères’ Rosé - 2022 (Grenache, Rolle & Cinsault)

Clear and brilliant color, a very pale pink tinged with raspberry reflections. This complex and expressive rosé reveals a palette of varied aromas such as small red fruits, white peach or even bergamot enhanced with a floral note enveloping the whole. In the mouth, the first sensation is ample and fleshy, then the mid-palate becomes fresher, giving way to a beautiful acidic tension which makes this rosé harmonious and elegant. Organic. 

Vincent Caille Muscadet ‘Mouton Noir’ - 2022 (Melone de Bourgogne)

Fresh, dry and rounded, this is a lovely and soft Muscadet. Gorgeous texture from 4 months on its fine lees, and notes of melon, citrus, pear and minerals complemented by the classic Muscadet salinity that gives it a remarkable structure.

Raats ‘Original’ Chenin Blanc - 2022 (Chenin Blanc)

The wine has a distinctive yellow apple, kiwi fruit and pineapple core, alongside notes of green melon and limes. The wine is thus bursting with fresh fruit flavors. The wine has a zesty citrus flavor linger on the palate, with a long mineral finish. Serve with mild curry dishes, sushi or oysters.

Deloach Heritage Reserve Pinot Noir - 2022 ( Pinot Noir)

The California Pinot Noir is an elegant, well-balanced wine offering mouthwatering flavors of Bing cherry and strawberry accented beautifully with just a touch of spice and hints of forest floor. The wine is light in body, with a medium finish and pairs perfectly with a variety of lighter dishes.

Bibich Cuvee - 2022 (Plavina,Lasin, Babic)

 A refreshing red with red fruit and green tomato flavours balancing each other. Its high acidity and the elegant, medium body make this a perfect wine for any occasion.Hand harvested grapes that remain on skins for about 7 days. Plavina and Lasin are co-fermented. Babić is fermented separately and aged for 6 months in neutral French barrique. The rest of the wine remains in stainless steel. Everything is blended before bottling.

Dominique Piron Beaujolais Villages - 2020 (Gamay)

Fruit for this wine is sourced from 50-year-old vines, growing on hills around the cru sites in the northern part of region. Red-fruited with notes of cherry, raspberry, strawberry but also has a hint of cassis. There is a slight dash of spice, dried herbs and floral character to it as well. Fresh and light with fine-grained tannins. Pop this in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy it with a slight chill!
