Aromas of nutmeg, tobacco, and dried leaves are detected with traces of withered flowers. On the palate the Nebbiolo is held together by the softer yet balanced tannins that are laced with hints of dark cherry, rosemary, licorice, balsamic and a cleansing acidity.

Shows good intensity with bright red berries, some herbs and a hint of orange rind. Medium-bodied with a very fine but firm tannin framework. Leaves a long, slightly salty aftertaste. Drinkable now, but will improve with bottle age.
