Defaix Chablis 1er Cru Cote de Lechet 2020

Winemaker Notes 

We cultivate 8 hectares of this Premier Cru located on the slopes of the village Milly and on the right backs of the river Serein. We are the biggest owners of this cru. When some of the plots were planted, we found impressive fossils of Exogyra virgula that had been perfectly preserved. The remarkable stony and sunny soil is captured in this powerful and complex wine. It flourishes with age and expresses mineral aromas reminiscent of gunflint. The Côte de Lechet is indeed one of the Premiers Crus of the Chablisian vineyard with the most exceptional ageing potential. To serve with fish or poultry, with white butter or cream sauces.

Giroud Bourgogne Blanc 2019

Maison Camille Giroud is a true négociant, with only 2.7 acres of its own under vine. It’s become known as a dependable source of Burgundy that delivers the best of both worlds — wines that are matured and traditional in style, as well as younger wines that beautifully communicate their terroir. This wine has fresh citrus and tropical notes, well-balanced creaminess, surprising concentration and ripe acidity. Wonderful entry-level bottle of Burgundy that will last a few years.

Dominique Cornin Saint Veran Les Serreuxdieres 2021

This wine is light yellow with pale gold reflections. The nose is exceptionally lively and fresh with notes of citrus fruits and aromatics. On the palate, you will find grapefruit then basil; finally comes freshness and a touch of acidity that ends with a nice minerality.
