Echeverria Sauvignon Blanc - 2023 (Sauvignon Blanc)

This vibrant and pristine Sauvignon Blanc combines grassy aromas of fresh herbs and green pepper, with citric notes of grapefruit and lime. The palate is fresh and crisp, with a natural balanced acidity and a fruity finish.

 

Caraghuiles "Cochon Volant Blanc" 2022 (Viognier, Vermentino, Colombard)

Brilliant clarity, very pale yellow with green reflections showing a beautiful freshness. Very expressive with lively lemony notes. Beautiful salivating freshness. The Viognier brings here all its aromatic fullness on the palate without heaviness, supported by the freshness of the Colombard. A pleasure wine to drink simply, with friends. Pair with grilled mussels, monkfish with fennel, oysters, or on its own as an aperitif.

 

Rivera Marese - 2022 (Bombino Bianco)

The Marese denotes at best the uniqueness of Bombino Bianco, native variety of the DOC Castel del Monte. The grapes are harvested overdue with a grade of advanced maturity, in order to balance the natural acidity and express the best varietal character. The result is a wine with an intense bouquet and complex palate, mineral finish with a pleasant freshness. Excellent with hors d'oeuvres and fish or as an aperitif.

 

Cotarella "Est! Est!! Est!!!" - 2022 (Trebbiano, Malvasia)

A blend of three native grapes. It has refreshing lemon and green apple notes, some minerally sensations and a little breadiness. On the palate, it's refreshing, citric and savoury with lots of bright acidity.

 

Tyrrell’s Hunter Valley Semillon - 2023 (Semillon)

Classic Hunter Valley Semillon from another strong vintage. The nose is vibrant with an abundance of citrus fruits and floral elements. The palate is medium bodied, yet intense, with great length and a brisk acidity. 

 

Hess Shirtail Ranches Chardonnay - 2021 (Chardonnay)

Hess Collection Napa Valley Chardonnay offers elegant aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle, which harmonize with the delicious flavors of white peach, all enveloped in a beautiful finish of subtle vanilla, baking spice and toffee notes.
